Rusty DeShazo brings over 24 years of experience working in the high technology sector, with the last 18 years spent selling solutions into the embedded computing market. Before joining Rigel Engineering, Rusty led growth initiatives in signal processing and packaged COTS, at Curtiss-Wright, which helped increase sales in his accounts from $4M to $37M over a 13 year period.
Rusty’s primary focus is aligning the customer’s requirements with the full capabilities of the company, with emphasis on helping the customer work through the full life cycle of product development and delivery to their end customer. Providing quality products is more than just single transactional events, it is about investing in your customer’s long term success.
In his career, Rusty has worked closely with companies in the Military/Aerospace and Commercial markets, ranging from Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing to Lucent, Embraer, and a wide variety of industrial automation companies.
